Cellulite

Cellulite is the uneven distribution of fat tissue and affects approximately 85% of women over the age of 20. It is a multifactorial disorder, primarily related to impaired blood and lymph circulation, and excessive accumulation of fat tissue and metabolic waste products.

We can reduce cellulite, but getting rid of it permanently is almost impossible.

Reasons:

Processed diet,

Low water consumption,

Lack of fiber in meals,

Excess calorie intake,

Lack of balance in the diet,

Lack of exercise/sports activities,

Walking in high heels,

Long and very warm baths,

Wearing clothes that are too tight,

Excessive and chronic stress,

Excess estrogen,

Spinal curvature disturbs

blood circulation in the legs,

Genetic predisposition.

Although cellulite always looks the same at first glance, it can be divided into several types, which determine the mechanism that caused changes in fat tissue.

  1. Adipose cellulite – caused by the accumulation of fat cells. The cause is weight gain in a very short period of time;
  2. Aqueous cellulite – caused by poor blood and lymph circulation. It can be caused by a sedentary lifestyle or hormonal changes that contribute to water retention in the body;
  3. Circulating cellulite – is the result of a combination of both of the above problems.

How to solve this problem

We must ensure physical activity, a balanced diet and adequate hydration of the body.

The first step to getting rid of cellulite is to switch to a healthy diet:

Limit processed foods

Cook more at home

Limit the sugar consumed in the form of sweets

Increase the amount of vegetables and fruits

Drink adequate amounts of water

Physical activity is just as important as a healthy diet:

- 10,000 steps a day

- 2-3 any training sessions per week

- Massage and care
