The Administrator processes data in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.

TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

Personal data is provided voluntarily by the user and used for the following purposes:

• order processing and payments,
• contact regarding an order,
• handling complaints and returns,
• sending the newsletter (with consent),
• marketing of own products and services (with consent),
• ensuring site security and visit statistics.

Legal basis for processing:

Personal data may be used for marketing profiling , i.e. automatic analysis of preferences (e.g. purchase history, viewed products) in order to tailor offers and discounts.

Profiling does not have any legal effects on the user nor does it limit the freedom to use the services.

In all matters not regulated by this Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
