Be Well Massage Studio Regulations

1. General provisions

1.1. These regulations define the rules for using the services of the Be Well massage studio.

1.2. The Be Well massage studio is located at ul. Sosnowa 4a, 93-102, Łódź.

1.3. The client using the studio's services accepts the provisions of these regulations.

2. Booking and canceling appointments

2.1. Appointments can be booked by telephone, in person at the studio, or via the online booking system available on the website.

2.2. Cancellations are possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled massage date . In the event of late cancellation, the studio reserves the right to deduct the massage from the package.

2.3. Confirmation of your appointment is mandatory and must be made the day before your scheduled massage date. Failure to confirm may result in your appointment being automatically canceled.

2.4. Packages and gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

3. Terms of use of services
3.1. The client is required to arrive for the appointment 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

3.2. Before beginning the massage, the client is required to inform the massage therapist of any health conditions, contraindications to massage, and any massage preferences.

3.3. The studio reserves the right to refuse to perform a massage in the event of health contraindications or in justified situations.

4. Safety and hygiene
4.1. Be Well Massage Studio maintains high standards of hygiene and safety. All tools and equipment are regularly disinfected.

4.2. The client is obliged to observe the rules of personal hygiene before the visit.

4.3. If there is a suspicion that a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the studio has the right to refuse to provide the service.

5. Price list and payments
5.1. The current price list for services is available on the website, Instagram, Facebook and at the studio reception.

5.2. Payments can be made in cash, by card or by bank transfer to the studio's account.

5.3. The Studio reserves the right to change service prices and will inform customers in advance.

6. Complaints
6.1. All complaints regarding services should be submitted immediately after the massage, no later than 24 hours after the service. Package offers and all promotional offers are non-refundable. However, if a particular type of massage cannot be performed, it may be exchanged for another from our studio's price list.

7. Final provisions
7.1. Be Well Massage Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes on the website and at the studio's reception desk.

7.2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
