Returns and complaints policy
1. Complaints and warranty
The Store is liable to the Buyer if the goods sold have a physical or legal defect (warranty).
Complaints, together with the Goods complained about, should be sent to the following address:
Sosnowa Street 4a, 93-102 Lodz
The complaint should include the Buyer's contact information, a description of the defect, the justification for the complaint, and the Buyer's request. It is recommended to include proof of purchase.
The store will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
2. Right of withdrawal – limitations
Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, a Buyer who is a Consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, the bewellpoland.com Store informs that the right to withdraw from the contract IS NOT AVAILABLE in the case of the following products:

Be Well masks – due to health protection and hygiene reasons, masks are not returnable after opening the packaging in accordance with Article 38, point 5 of the Consumer Rights Act.

Gift vouchers – these are digital products with a fixed expiry date that are non-refundable.

Packages (e.g. treatment or promotional) – are treated as services that are non-refundable after the commencement of implementation in accordance with Article 38, point 1 of the Act.
The store does not sell physical goods other than those listed above.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials published on the Store's website, including product descriptions and images, are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, distributed, or used without the Store's written consent.
4. Extrajudicial methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims
A Buyer who is a Consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including:

mediation conducted by the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection,
-
proceedings before the permanent consumer arbitration court.

Additionally, the Consumer may seek assistance from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman or organizations protecting consumer rights, such as the Consumer Federation or the Association of Polish Consumers .
