Statute

1. General provisions

  1. The owner of the bewellpoland.com online store is:
    FACE & BODY CARE A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY , entered into the National Court Register under KRS number 0001191685 , NIP: 7292764971 , REGON: 54258439800000 , with its registered office in Łódź at ul. Sosnowa 4A, 93-102 Łódź, tel. +48 536 077 958, e-mail address: facenbody.bw@gmail.com .
  2. The online store conducts retail sales and consultations via the Internet.

2. Definitions

  • Regulations – these regulations,
  • Shop – online store bewellpoland.com,
  • Buyer – any entity making purchases in the Store (consumer, entrepreneur or entrepreneur-consumer),
  • Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to his or her business or professional activity,
  • Entrepreneur-consumer – a person running a business who makes a purchase for non-professional purposes (pursuant to Article 38a of the Consumer Rights Act),
  • Goods – products available in the Store, including cosmetics and disposable masks,
  • Account – a functionality of the Store that allows you to register and place orders,
  • Basket – a functionality of the Store that allows you to prepare an order.

3. General rules for using the Store

  1. The condition for using the Store is acceptance of the Regulations.
  2. Prices in the Store are given in Polish zloty and are gross prices.
  3. All Goods offered in the Store are free from legal defects.
  4. The Buyer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with the law and principles of social coexistence.
  5. It is prohibited to provide illegal content and disrupt the operation of the Store.
  6. The Store uses the SSL protocol and technical measures to protect Buyers' data.

4. Account

  1. You can create an account by registering in the form.
  2. Registration is voluntary and free of charge.
  3. The buyer is obliged to provide true data.
  4. The Account password should be protected and not disclosed to third parties.

5. Orders

  1. Product information constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract.
  2. The order is placed by clicking the "Pay now" button.
  3. After placing the order, the Buyer receives an “Order Confirmation” email.
  4. The contract is concluded upon receipt of confirmation.

6. Payments and prices

  1. Payments are handled by the imoje operator.
  2. Payments available: fast online transfers, BLIK, Visa/Mastercard/Maestro cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
  3. The store does not offer cash on delivery.
  4. The price of the goods given next to the product is binding at the time of placing the order.

7. Delivery

  1. Deliveries are made within Poland.
  2. The processing time is up to 7 business days from receipt of payment.
  3. Delivery costs are provided when placing the order.
  4. The store uses courier companies (including DPD, InPost).

8. Complaints

  1. The Store is liable to the Buyer for defects in goods under the warranty.
  2. Complaints should be sent to the following address: ul. Sosnowa 4A, 93-102 Łódź or e-mail: facenbody.bw@gmail.com .
  3. The store considers complaints within 14 days of receiving them.
  4. In the event of a justified complaint, the Store will replace the goods with defect-free ones, remove the defect or refund the price.
  5. An entrepreneur-consumer (Article 38a of the Consumer Rights Act) has the same complaint rights as a consumer.

9. Right of withdrawal

  1. The consumer and the entrepreneur-consumer have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
  2. The return should be made to the following address: ul. Sosnowa 4A, 93-102 Łódź.
  3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
  4. The store refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in relation to:

  • goods delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned once opened for hygiene or health reasons.
    This category includes, in particular, disposable cosmetic masks (for face and body) .
    ➡️ Masks can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials (photos, descriptions, graphics) posted in the Store are the property of the Store and are subject to legal protection.

11. Personal data

  1. The personal data controller is FACE & BODY CARE SP. Z OO
  2. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and Privacy Policy.
  3. The buyer has the right to access, correct, delete and limit the processing of data.

12. Final provisions

  1. The regulations are effective from 1 September 2025.
  2. Disputes with Buyers who are not Consumers shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Store.
  3. The regulations are subject to change – changes are published on the website at least 7 days in advance.

These regulations are in accordance with Polish law (UOKiK, GDPR, Consumer Rights Act) and cover all specific conditions regarding disposable cosmetics.
